COVID-19 Policies
New Policies and Guidelines due to COVID-19:
1. No more than two clients allowed in the store at a time.
2. Clients must wear masks at all times per Osceola County Ordinance. Clients without a mask will not be allowed inside.
3. Call if you need to make an appointment or have a question. Only people with appointments will be allowed in.
4. When inside (or outside) please maintain safe distance from other clients (6 feet).
5. Remove any collar, leash and/or accessories from your dog. Our staff will have clean leashes ready for use.
6. Check in time will be shorter than usual. Please keep your phone at hand just in case the groomer needs to call you with a question or concern that was not addressed during the check in procedure.
7. If you come in for nail trimming or any a la carte service, you will need to wait outside until service has been performed. Our waiting room is not available for use at this time.
8. Our Self Serve Pet Wash will be CLOSED until further notice.
9. If you are sick, or have been exposed to Covid19, please stay home and reschedule.
10. Spaces are limited. To be able to maintain CDC guidelines, will be scheduling fewer dogs per day.
11. We are experiencing a higher than normal call volume. While we wish we could take care of everybody as soon as we open, that will not be possible. You might need to wait a week or even more for an appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
12. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours ahead to allow us to give your space to somebody in our waiting list.
13. Our staff is following CDC guidelines when it comes to disinfecting and keeping the areas clean.
14. We will still be accepting cash but at this time the PREFERRED method of payment is DEBIT or CREDIT CARD. No checks allowed.
15. We understand these are difficult times and we appreciated your understanding. These guidelines are for your safety as well as ours.
